Rick Bojorquez has resigned from his position on the school board due to no longer living in Director District 3. This public notice was placed in the Delaware County Leader.

INTENT TO APPOINT TO FILL VACANCY FOR MAQUOKETA VALLEY SCHOOL BOARD DIRECTOR

The Maquoketa Valley School Board is designated by law to fill the School Board Director position following the resignation of Rick Bojorquez. The appointment will take place at the regular school board meeting on May 16th. 

The electors of the Maquoketa Valley School District have a right to file a petition requiring that the vacancy be filled by a special election.
